Preparing for the New Year/Summer Reading

I've updated my summer book lists with new recommendations. Get ready for lots of great reading options for this summer!

Use the list for your child's current grade level if that seems best but if they're ready, download the recommendations for their next grade, the grade they'll be entering in the fall.

Your goal is to get kids reading good books by providing choices and availability -- whether you buy the books or check them out at the library.

And don't forget about audiobooks -- those count as reading and will help kids immerse themselves in stories, too.
